The purpose of our annual
Leadership Conference is to create a place in our calendar where our members can
gather for a time of fellowship so they can get to know each other better. This
conference also provides a place where our pastors can bring those they are
preparing for leadership so they can become more acquainted with others in our
network. It is the primary forum where we can share the values and vision of
Word of Grace with our local church leaders. We try to bring in guest ministry
that have something to say to those in leadership. These meetings are open to
anyone who is in ministry, preparing for ministry, or in leadership within the
local church.
We encourage you to go to Elim's Leadership Conference
which will begin in the
evening of the 24th and go to the 26th. The main speaker will be
Robert Morris, pastor
of Gateway church in Texas, and author of
"The Blessed Life".
